Color signalization is the first thing you need to know about operation
One thing that a home alarm definitely needs is color signalization to make it easier and clearer to use. The alarm is operated using segments which each have two buttons and uses the same color coding as those found in a set of traffic lights. Two colors are particularly important for you - red and green. Have a look at what they mean:
Red – if the button is lit red, the alarm is armed and activated. If it is flashing red, this means that an alarm is currently in progress or has been triggered.
Green – if the button is lit green, this means that the alarm is disarmed or disabled in the given area. If it is flashing green, this indicates entry into the secured building before the alarm is disarmed.
Ways to operate the JABLOTRON 100+ alarm
Now you know what the colours mean, we can talk about operating the alarm. You can do this in a number of ways.

1. Operating the alarm using the system keypad
If you want to have the alarm under your complete control, you can operate it directly using the keypad with the aid of a password. To disarm (deactivate) or switch off the alarm, you must first provide authorization. You provide authorization by entering a code and after that, you will have all of the functionalities offered by the alarm at your fingertips.
2. Operating the alarm using a key tag/smart card
Do you not want to be held up typing in a code on the keypad? That’s fine. We have a solution for you in the form of a key tag or smart card. Simply swipe it against the keypad to activate the alarm. It’s as simple as that.
3. Operating the alarm using the MyJABLOTRON application
Are you a fan of apps? Then you definitely won’t say no to another one. You can after all also conveniently operate the JABLOTRON 100+ alarm from your mobile phone using the MyJABLOTRON app. You can provide authorisation via Face ID, which allows you to access the app and operate the security system in your home/business by remote.
If you have an iOS operating system, be sure to take advantage of automating specific actions. Imagine arriving home to find your garage door and blinds opening automatically. Or would you rather have the lights come on and music start playing? Or all of these things at once? The combination you choose is up to you and you alone.
You can also operate the JABLOTRON 100+ security system via Siri commands. Do you want to open the garage, start the irrigation system in the garden or switch on the heating? Just say the word and Siri will do it for you.
4. Operating the alarm using a remote control
You can also operate the JABLOTRON 100+ alarm by remote using a remote control. This is used to arm and disarm the home alarm as well as to control the garage door and lighting. Simply press a button and the two-way remote will confirm that your command has been executed. You can then leave the house safe in the knowledge that it is now secure. The alarm will look after it for you.
