Our systems are designed in a way to offer solution for a wide range of applications reaching from a family house, blocks of flats, companies, to large industrial areas, universities or hospitals. The TECH FASS system enable to integrate selected elements of third parties or be integrated in the software solutions for central object management.
Modřanka Residence

On the right bank of the Vltava River in Prague’s Modřany district, on the site of a former sugar refinery and in close proximity to a neighborhood of First Republic villas, four modern apartment buildings will rise as part of the Modřanka Residence project. The buildings’ architecturally fortuitous arrangement in the shape of a horseshoe results in a unique private space for a large grassy atrium with trees and a children’s playground.

APS mini Plus access control system with typical integration of the readers in the entry panels and with local management of the key fobs. The system is enhanced with long-range reader for controll of the entrace gate using the remote controller.
