A Major Garment Factory Behind Global Brands


New Apparel Far Eastern (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. started operations in 2015. The company is a 100% foreign-owned enterprise under the Far Eastern Group (Taiwan).


The factory focuses on garment manufacturing and produces for major international fashion brands. The facility runs more than 60 production lines, along with embroidery and printing areas inside the complex.


Today, the factory creates jobs for over 3,000 workers. To strengthen safety and protect assets and employees, Eurostellar and its partners carried out a full project: consulting, designing, and installing a European-standard security system for the Apparel Far Eastern factory.

Located in Bac Tan Uyen Industrial Park, Binh Duong Province, the manufacturing complex covers about 40,000 square meters.


Besides serving the domestic market, the factory produces garments for export to major fashion brands around the world. Because of that, the management team decided to install the JABLOTRON security system to maintain stable operations and meet strict European security standards.

The large-scale production areas require constant monitoring. Management needs a reliable system that can detect risks quickly and notify the right people right away.

Security System Installed at the Adidas Vietnam Factory


The factory now runs a Jablotron security system to protect key areas across the facility.

Warehouse zones use dual-technology motion detectors that combine infrared and microwave sensors. This setup helps reduce false alarms and improves detection accuracy.


Entrance doors use magnetic contact sensors to monitor opening and closing activities.

Along the production conveyor lines, the team installed emergency panic buttons. Workers can press them immediately if an urgent situation comes up.


After working hours, the system switches into full protection mode and locks the perimeter down.If someone tries to break in, the system sends an alert right away. Signal panels notify security staff so they can respond and step in quickly.


At the same time, the system sends notifications to factory managers through phone calls, SMS, and mobile app alerts in Vietnamese and English.


Smart Monitoring and Device Management


Each device inside the system carries its own identification. The system checks battery status, device condition, and connectivity automatically. If something goes wrong, it sends alerts to management so technicians can step in and fix it quickly.
