A European Security System Now Protects LG VINA’s OHUI Factory

Eurostellar recently completed the installation of a high-end JABLOTRON ALARM security system from Europe at the LG VINA factory, home to the premium cosmetics brand OHUI, in Dong Nai, Vietnam.

The Jablotron 100+ Security System

For this project, Eurostellar deployed the Jablotron 100+ alarm system, developed by Jablotron, one of the largest security technology groups in the Czech Republic (Europe).

Security System Layout

Photobeam Sensor – JA-150IR

The JA-150IR photobeam sensor creates an invisible security barrier around the protected perimeter.

When someone moves through the protected area, the infrared beam breaks. The system detects the interruption and triggers the alarm immediately.

Outdoor Multi-Zone Infrared Motion Detector – JA-158P

The JA-158P outdoor motion detector protects sensitive areas around the factory.

This sensor features 94 independent detection zones, allowing it to detect movement with extremely high precision. At the same time, it filters out false alarms caused by small animals.

The device also includes anti-masking and anti-tamper protection, which helps the system stay active even when intruders attempt to disable it.

By detecting suspicious activity early, the JA-158P helps protect factory assets and critical infrastructure more effectively.

Control Panel – JA-103K

The JA-103K control panel acts as the central brain of the system. It connects and manages all devices, stores event logs, and organizes the system into eight security sections. The panel supports up to 50 addressable devices.

When an alarm triggers, thea panel immediately identifies which sensor activates the alert and sends that information to the user so they can step in and respond quickly. The system also includes free configuration software and a mobile application that fully supports the Vietnamese language.

How the System Works

When an intrusion occurs, sensors detect the movement and send signals to the control panel.

The control panel analyzes the signal, identifies the type of event, and triggers the alarm system. At the same time, it sends notifications directly to the manager’s mobile phone so they can check the situation and take action right away.
