NESTLÉ TRUSTS TREVOS LIGHTING SOLUTIONS FROM EUROPE

Lighting systems play an important role in industrial production to ensure manufacturing quality. Therefore, designing an effective lighting system is essential to improve production efficiency while creating a safe and comfortable working environment.
IMPLEMENTATION AT NESTLÉ VIETNAM
To help partners better understand the product solutions, EUROSTELLAR and partner LEAN successfully implemented the project: Consulting, designing, and completing the installation of a lighting system for the Nestlé Dong Nai factory warehouse.
The project covers a factory and warehouse complex that is part of one of Nestlé’s 500 factories worldwide. The facility follows global quality standards, including strict lighting requirements that ensure stable working conditions without affecting workers’ health or product quality.
In addition, energy efficiency and lighting equipment meeting EU standards were also important criteria in the project.
PRIMA LED LIGHTING SOLUTION
The Prima LED lighting fixture features a high-quality polycarbonate housing, which is flexible, lightweight, and provides excellent light diffusion with uniform color. It operates in environmental conditions ranging from -25°C to 45°C, making it highly suitable for warehouses, corridors, lobbies, and parking areas.
The lighting design offers neutral light with optional white light settings, a CRI > 80, and luminous flux ranging from 1310 to 7780 lm.
With a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours (L90/B10) and a luminous efficacy of up to 156 lm/W, the system significantly reduces energy consumption even when lighting operates continuously for long periods.
In addition, the lighting fixtures support IP66 and IK10 protection ratings and meet high-level quality certifications such as ENEC, CB Test, and HACCP. Combined with competitive pricing, Trevos Prima LED is truly an ideal lighting solution for European-standard warehouses and industrial facilities.
