To Peter Ngo, leadership is not just about management, but about dedication and pioneering at the forefront. His journey in founding Estellar Group was shaped by extensive executive experience in large-scale multinational corporations—having spent 5 years at Home Credit (Czech Republic), serving as Managing Director for International Markets at Vingroup Indonesia, and Chief Strategy & Operations Officer at FUSE Insurtech (Indonesia). Currently, he also serves as an Executive Board Member of the Central & Eastern European Chamber of Commerce (CEEC) in Vietnam and a Mentor for the Leap4Growth Program funded by the European Commission (EU).
The combination of European-standard financial mindset, international hands-on capability, and an extensive diplomatic network has created a sharp Eurostellar team that always places human development at its core. With its new strategic direction, Estellar Group not only standardizes and distributes advanced security and automation technology solutions from Europe & the US in Vietnam and the region, but also serves as a genuine career launchpad.
